Working Principle

• The system uses a ‘flat-field’ telecentric lens coupled to a high resolution video camera to provide a distortion free, flat image across the field of view.
• The part program is created before hand that directs the algorithm for part specific measurements on the captured image. The same program is used for similar parts.

• For measurements the part is kept on the stage. The inspect button captures the image and the measure button displays the results instantly. Over 100+ dimensions are measured in one second.
