1. General Information

Sipcon is India’s largest manufacturer of Vision Measuring Systems, Profile Projectors, Coordinate Measuring Machines, and Digital Microscopes.

2. Products and Services

We offer a wide range of products and services across categories such as:

3. Geographic Scope

We serve clients worldwide. Specific delivery terms and conditions apply based on the shipping destination.

4. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is required along with the purchase order.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid before dispatch, as per the proforma invoice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Packing of the instruments is free of cost.
• Freight charges are billed on a To Pay basis.
• Delivery timelines are typically 6-8 weeks from the date of receiving the advance payment.

6. Insurance and Taxes

• Insurance: A charge of 0.5% of the basic price of the machine will be applied.
• Taxes:
1. IGST at 18% for orders outside Haryana.
2. CGST & SGST at 9% each for orders within Haryana.

7. Installation and Warranty

• Installation Charges: Installation charges are billed separately and are not included in the product price
• Warranty: All products come with a one-year warranty.

8. Calibration service -

Terms and conditions of calibration

1. GST @18 % will be extra.
2. 100% amount in advance along with P.O.
3. In any case, calibration charges (if any) are non-refundable and cannot be disputed at any project stage, pre-or-post completion.
4. In case of onsite calibration, one technical representative of the applicant, knowledgeable about the equipment to be tested, is preferable to be present at the test venue during the execution of this service contract (In case non-Sipcon make products).
5. If a product fails during the calibration, a fail test report will be issued. If the customer requests recalibration after taking necessary corrective actions, then it will be considered as recalibration. The costs for recalibration shall be mutually agreed upon.
6. Calibration required onsite, an advance intimation of at least one week is required from the scheduled/planned date of calibration; otherwise, under urgent/emergency services, an extra amount of 100% will be charged.
7. Instruments should be in perfect working condition, clean & ready for calibration
8. We are only giving value not giving “pass”/” fail” statements. Only the Customer will decide. Whether the engineer under calibration is to be used by him or not as per his requirement.

9. Privacy and Data Handling

We prioritize the privacy and security of our client’s information. Any data shared with us during transactions will be handled confidentially and used only for order processing, support, or improving our services.

Sipcon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
